I've done Hillaries, Ocean Reef and Two Rocks.

All have crays at the right time in the season. Dont do it if there is a swell as the caves, rock holes, will suck you in and not let you out until the swell subsides. Not to bad with a full lung of air but not good when you are near the end of your breth and just trying to snag that cray. Had a couple of times myself where i was praying for the backwash to hurry up..Lol

Spot the cray, get a fresh breath, get in and get out as fast as you can. Excellent for learning how to noose crays quick.

Hey Tyler check out this from local crayfishng guru Paul McKeown about tips and tactics

Paul did a lot of his initial diving from the shore in the Cottesloe area as the reefs aren't too far to fin from shore

Good luck
