When you were down did you notice if there was any thrown shells around, and if you don't mind telling what deth of water were you diving in.

Didn’t see any shells or whites. First dive was 18m second was 12. Both in caves we know hold crays all year round, wasn’t as many outlying the caves as when they are on the move or around in big numbers. Lots of surge at that depth and vis was terrible. Saw a few pots right up in the reefs in shallow water and with the big swell today they are bound to be smashed to bits this time tomorrow. Going to dive deeper next time and have a look in the 30’s.

2 of us in the mid 30s.
Plenty of crays
Managed to find small ones in between the jumbos
No whites, no shells, few softys.
Lots of small Dhuies left alone and some XOS Sambos.
Vis was surprisingly good and surge ok.
