sea flathead

hi guys, were are some spots, time, plastics, lures ect were i can go fishing for flathead in the ocean, i know that the flathead move out of the river in winter. I was thinking around the woodman point beaches. thanks

all the yacht club hold fish on a incoming tide.
south beach wooden boat ramp just need the vis to be good and a presence of baitfish. My best session was aquarama 11 in 20 mins 45-60 cm
