Perth Charter Recomendations

Hi all,
Im after everyone's recomendations on charter operators running out of Perth (Hillary's to Freo). I'm after offshore day trips chasing anything from billfish, spaniards, samson, pelagics through to bottom fishing for Dhu, snapper etc.
I have a heap of mates rolling into town early October - if it were you, what species would you chase and with which charter operator?

Look at al bevans charter
Look at al bevans charter out off freo it's shikari charters and has some awesome ground also and has some awesome jigging gear along with bottom gear...
Never been on saltwater but have heard good things
