Page up Button

Hi Adds
I dont know if everyone reads the reports like I do, but when I get to the bottom off a page I have to scroll back to the top.
Is there anyway of putting a "go to top" or even "latest content" button on the bottom off the screen.
That way you can return to the top easier rather than scrolling up to get to the contents.
For me that would make it easier.

iPhone and iPad users
Can hit the black bar at the very top of the screen (where the time/signal/battery is), and it goes to top of screen
