new boat

Over the last six months iv'e been trying to get the gellcoat back to shin like new, haaa.
I have tried cut and polish but this only lasts a short time, and it fades again. i have noticed when the boat is wet the colours come out, but as soon as it drys it looks like crap again .Now the other day I was cleaning my car ,and I sprayed the wet look tyre spay on to the tyres and thay look like new , THIS MADE ME WONDER WOULD THIS CHEAP $5 SPRAY BRING BACK THE COLOUR ON THE BOAT YOU BET YA LIKE NEW ITS ONLY BEEN A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT IT LOOKS GREAT I'LL LET YOU KNOW IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS HOW ITS GOING.
There's no hard work just spray it on

Paul - the imbedded images don't display. What I believe you have done is post the URL of the original location within the HTML image tag.  Go back to photobucket, capture the HTML and re-edit your original post. Wink

tyre spray

Mon, 2008-04-21 10:31

hey guys, keep in mind that stuff is pretty harsh as far as im aware... its made for rubber and i know some stuff that is made for rubber and harsher things then it might not be good for your gel coating or fibreglass.. it might eat through it and bugger it up completely.... might wanna check on it first otherwise  your wallet might end up disliking you.....just a thought....
