Mate if you can get somone

Mate if you can get somone to drop you down at the Ammo jetty as I would not advise parking your car there that is a great spot to try, there have been a few decent ones caught there recently, use a live bait, scaley, yellowtail,or try deep water point in the river, its generally a all nighter thing,so takes plenty of snacks best of luck

Hey There

If i was you i would try the narrows as i fish heavily there at certain times of the year. But the trick is live bony herring for bait. A bit of hard work there though getting them. My mate was there one day a few years ago and evey one of his 13 live bonys were smashed by big mulloway. never landed one of them though.

Vans and I went there Thursday night and a couple of chaps just up the beach from us told him they had caught the night before.

live boneys

best way  to go about  getting live boneys is with a throw net but as you all know  ( there not aloud)  this is the way i  get them  with a rig looking like this                    swival..............larg trebble...............larg trebble..........bean sinker ...swival               cast overf a boney school the retreaved in a jaging moation back throu the school and pray  one  of the trebbles hit hime into a boney  . but  there is always  frozen  i like to trim the frozen bails up a bit  head  and ribbcage remeved  but  them baits wont last long with ( all my  brothers and sisters around)
