Quite a few but still
Quite a few but still limited as what we've got is what left of the supplier at this stage. They will be popular seeing as they are the same as the Sanme but ALOT cheaper!!

I think a correct term is
I think a correct term is that someone simply used the Sanme to make a mold, then poured in lead to make a copy.
Saying its the same as the Sanme can be quite misleading - seeing as the Sanme's were painstakingly tested and weighted to swim perfectly, are hand-crafted, have a beautiful and tough as nails finish, and were the original which made such an impact that everyone later tried to copy. Remember - a copy is never as good as the original.
I'm sorry and I'm not trying to start a debate here, but there's been alot of copy products on the market lately and I still believe it is better to buy the original because copies stifle creativity amongst product developers, which ultimately disadvantages us, the consumer. Noone is going to innovate, create, test, produce, and then market new ideas if the costs of doing so can't be justified because someone else just short-cuts the whole process by copying the lure and flooding the market with a cheap copy.
Just my opinion, ladies and gents. The decisions are ultimately yours.

They certainly look the same as the ones from the tackleshack. How does that work .... that these are so much more??

Yep they're the same jigs
its not much more at $12 more. They've got it on special. I've posted it up as new addition and another option to the over 500gm jigs.

Discount
25% members discount. Thats awesome. And your not far from me either. Do we have to show a card or something to get that discount? Do you stock saltigas?
Is there a list somewhere of who gives what to members? 25% off a boat would be good
. Is the only way i could afford one. still paying off my moving costs.

yep!
It was 10% when i first signed up for FW advertising a very long time ago but we changed that a while ago to a variable discount structure ie it can range up to 30% plus, depending on individual items!
As for Saltiga's sorry we dont stock, we get ask for Stella's mainly and thats what we stock, more coming in!

i like to shop around for
i like to shop around for a good deal myself, sounds good, but does this mean that you dont always offer a discount all the time anymore like you stated above or is it at your discretion, im looking at buying some new gear soon and want a good deal and dont want to be ripped off by over inflated rrp's and prices.
i might have to check these jigs out myself, the weather is getting better for this fishing, might have to suck my mates into getting their big boat out again

discount!
We no longer have a "fixed" discount rate for FW members, its "variable" depending on idividual items. FW members always get discount @ Oceanside Tackle and Marine (bait & current specials excluded)

over inflated rrp's
madwafisher..... Consumer protection take an extremely dim view on those that practice this. I'd be very suprised if anyone makes up their own RRP now days

Ryan and his crew do a good
Ryan and his crew do a good job looking after fishwrecked members..... from experience!!!
Would suggest talking to them on most things. Not only do they offer a discount on the majority of items (lets face it, not everything is marked up by large margins) But offer sound advice on the gear they are selling.
Anyhow, Ryan i will get some of these Jigs!!! just got to get there to pick em up!!@#!@

If you help on a pro boat
or a charter boat for that matter can you still get a rec license?I know it is off topic but i have a family member who is a pro fisho and was wondering if under the new rules if he could come for a fish from time to time in the off season?I suppose if i dont fish he could classify as a guest and catch my bag if i understand the rules correctly. So where is it hard to find trained crew on the boat or in the shop?
If it is helping out in the shop periodically then Honsu Tackle Emporium could still become a reality.Keep living the dream Honsu.

currently!
Currently you have to hand back your rec license, as for the new rules i'm not too sure and thats something i will speak to the Fisheries about next week as they want me to tag this year and have given me an exemption to fish for snapper so yeh i need to clear that up with them!
Trained crew comment is "boat crew", many deckys are going to the mines or driving tug boats up north for BIG coin so com boats are struggling to find/keep good trained deckys!
Honsu is dedicated to Oceanside and we work well as a Team, I have plenty of spare time to use the gear & catch fish......not just sell it
Any other questions mate just send me a PM!
Cheers

I knew you were talking about boat crew
i am only messing with the shop side of things.
Keep Honsu on as manager and pay him a small wage and throw him some tackle now and then to keep him interested and go fishing full time thats what i would do.lol.It is hard to find any workers at the moment so much for a down turn. That and about 200 more coming in each day even if only 1 of them buy a boat that is another 7 boats a week going out the ramps are only going to get worse and the fish will cope a flogging.

Clarification!
Allrounder, re your question;
Spoke to my contact @ Fisheries today and he said that CFL fishers can still take out a Marron & Freshwater licencse only and can still recreationaly fish!
When the New license thing happens (Fisheries predict Feb/March for introduction) they said they will have the current legeslation amended to allow CFL to get the RBFL
