Mooring for sale - Price Reduced $2,500

I have a mooring which I no longer use and am looking to sell. Location is perfect, right near the yacht club, cafe for the missus and close to both Perth and Freo. Mooring is quite close to shore.
The mooring Number 931 is in Matilda Bay just north of the foreshore café.
It would be suitable for a boat up to about 6m.
The depth of water would be approximately 3 - 4 m.
The mooring licence (incl GST) is $450 per year, has been paid and expires on 20/5/11.

what other costs involved.
Does the yearly license fee include up keep of the mooring and inspections or do they cost extra and if so costs and frequency?

The fee in just licence is just like that for a car - does not include cleaning or anything. In the past we have just dived on it to clean and maintain it ourselves.
