Just got an update on the VHF that the 1st day of this GT comp went well, day one score 3 v 2. I won't say who's leading but some big fish raised, I'm sure we'll get the blow by blow account tomorrow and some good pics.
some good fish landed, some awesome fish not landed resulting in lost poppers
lots of fish raised
both teams won a catagory each
One of the teams had to be rescued after running out of fuel and being stranded on the pick in the middle of nickol bay for near on 12 hours, cough, team hammerhead
