This Issue will have a distinct International flavour and has some awesome vids. One in particular I think will become an all time favourite. I have also done up a quick "How to" vid and step by step article for removing wings from fish the "easy" way. No more tinsnips or sissors and no more blunt knives. It might be like telling some how to suck eggs, as many will know this technique themselves, but for those that don't do a lot of filleting, this might save you a lot of time and effort.
