Looks like a Unicorn Leatherjacket, Aluterus monoceros.

Just googled it myself....saw the post earlier and like most others I wasn't game to even hazard a guess! Josh, where did you see this fish? Wikipedia reckons 35 degrees is the northern end of their range...south coast or southwest maybe?

An odd looking chap....how big do you think it was ? They grow to around 75cmm I read.

it was down near busso and compared to the othere fish that were in the video i would say around 45cm
