If you put the boat in the water at the ramp in calm water and it sit's level with no one in it (port to starboard level) bow to stern is diff bow up ,all OK.
You my have water trapped in the hull under the floor in one of the compartments on the port side if the drain hole is blocked with dirt and crap.
The bottom bung removed may not be getting all the water out form below deck ,if you have one.
Most hulls have a drain hole that joins the compartments ,some are filled with closed cell foam.

trim tab

Trim tab on the outboard is for steering straight and not fighting of the steering wheel, trim tabs hydraulic/elec are for balance of the boat (side to side) port and starboard lean.

have you tried balancing the weight in the boat. distributing correctly can help a fair bit.

also try different positions you trim the motor at, i dont think the fins on the motor will cause the boat to tip to one side unless they were fitted incorrectly

Is the trim tab a fitted extra or the small one above the prop? If its a fitted one then remove it and see what happens.

They should only be fitted as a very last resort and cause many more problems than what they are meant to solve, like getting the boat on a plane earlier but giving lift to the rear of the boat in a following sea causing it to broach a lot easier

The trim tab is th3e small

The trim tab is th3e small one above the prop & you can adjust it left or right, the boat is balanced with no heavy load either side but it definately has a lean to the left more so in sloppy seas

Planing hull

Planing hulls will lean into the wind when up on the plane but it seems your leans to port without any wind.

Has the motor been talken off at one stage and refiited off centre or not vertical
