G'Day mate, happy to point you in the right direction, but giving out GPS co-ordinates is a bit like giving a homeless person your atm card and pin number and telling him to just take out $2 top buy a warm cup of coffee.
Giving out GPS spots opens up the fish bank account and for some the temptation is just that little bit too big and they keep going back to make withdrawls.
I think you will find that it is best to find your own spots.
But to get you heading in the right direction, I would look at the first reef out from Mindarie for herring, gardies, just park over some shallow ground inside the reef and set up a burley trail.
3nm out from Mindarie is Staggies reef, troll along the back of the reef in water between 20m and 15m and you should pick up bonito and maybe a spanyid in season.
Behind Staggies about 4nm offshore is some good broken ground where you will find KG's
Further out in about 34m depth you will find hoards of plump whiting
Out further again you will find good structures around 9nm out and all the way out to Direction Bank. Here you will find Dhuies, Snapper and plenty more.
Look for craypots in season and sound around to see what type of ground they are on. This will give you a good idea of what to look for in other areas.
Good luck.
PS: For the record I am not suggesting you are homeless, or would raid the bank account at all, its just an analogy that fits with GPS spots and explaining why you will very rarely get any good spots given out over the internet.
