would have to be either
would have to be either Dimples or Glayva, both consumed on the rocks as you wouldnt want to ruin the taste with mixers

Hi Nelly, I too am building
Hi Nelly,
I too am building quite a collection of Single Malts. Just returned from a trip to the UK where I went to the Orkney Islands (very north of Scotland) and went to the Highland Park distillery. Pretty awesome. I already had a bottle here but it was good to see how it was made.
I was hoping to get to Isle of Islay to go to Laphroigh and Ardbeg but i didn't have time to get there.

Single malts too
I'm into scotch. Balvenie Doublewood, Glenmorangie, Glendronach are standouts. Pays to travel a lot and spend time wandering in airport duty free shops!

for the whiskey lovers
A friend of mine was telling me about the single malt club, http://www.singlemalt.com.au/ sounds ok for importing good single malts in bulk and selling to members.

My Own Scotch
Brew my own and some of the oldest is now 12 months old and not too bad at all.
Only drink it as it should be drunk,on ice and keep pouring untill the scotch covers the ice then sip away.
Ads and Jeff can vouch for the bourbon, drambui,Baileys and black sambucca.
