Exmouth light house caravan park fish cleaning facilities

G’day, heading up to Exmouth next week and staying at the light house caravan park, just wondering if anyone knows if they have any fish cleaning facilities on site or boat wash down facilities too, if not where is the best place to go? Or should we just bring a portable bench to work on at the caravan park? We will mostly be fishing tantabiti
Been doing a tonne of reading from searches on here so got most of the info we need already, it’s going to be much more of a sport fishing trip then anything else, main targets will be marlin and GT’s, but all other pelagics and by catch welcome!

I’m pretty sure Lighthouse
I’m pretty sure Lighthouse caravan park has fish cleaning facilities as does Tantabiddi boat ramp don’t know about boat wash down facilities at the Lighthouse caravan park.

There are 2 seperate fish
There are 2 seperate fish cleaning tables at lighthouse, they got rid of the one at tantabbidi. As far as washing ya boat they won’t allow it and you wouldn’t want to run ya motor on the water at lighthouse , only salt water in the park. Good luck tho mate ! I’ll be up there in a couple of weeks so would be great to here how you guys go

Just the one table now, the old one at the entrance had been removed so there just the one to the west of the park. Last time I was there at Easter there was another bench next to it tho.

I see that the redevelopment plan has been approved
Twiggy's mob are going to redevelop it as an Eco resort, so make the most of your trip this time.

Bugger here comes another lock out for fishos, some one should convince him if he wants to do something to help fish stocks in the area he should take up shark fishing

Thanks for the feed back guys, I did read that the caravan park was salt water and pretty run down these days.
Is there a car wash in Exmouth or wash down facilities at the marina? Would just be good to give the boat a scrub mid trip and then at the end of trip before we head home so that all the mess doesn’t get baked onto the boat.

Fair way down the track but
Fair way down the track but there is an outstanding boat washing facility in Carnarvon if you can be bothered on the trip back.

Turn off
Its about 100 metres towards Exmouth from the Caltex servo at the turn off on your right hand side if travelling north.

Exmouth Marina fillet table
Exmouth Marina fillet table has a tap that you can connect a hose too. FYI the town water has high calcium, dunno if its good to run this water through motor.

Make sure you take a fly net for your hat, flies at bundegi and caravan park filleting table were horrible.
