Hi
Iv just installed a Lowrance Elite 7x HDI its just a sounder with downscan imaging, transducer is a 50/200 455/800 im after a bit of feed back on what you recon of them if any one out there has the same unit.Like to here what you think of the downscan imaging quality. Theres plenty of info on the net but theres nuthing like feed back from someone who actualy has one Thanks

Ive got down scan on my hds 7
Ive got down scan on my hds 7 aswell as side scan and find it a bit usefull....sort of just tells me if its a blob of fish on the bottom or a rock with weed and like one fish sorta thing.....I still use my normal sonar for everything but I do refer to it if im unsure on what im looking at.....its worked well down to 27 meters so far
