Electric reel plugs?? Where to get?

Anybody know where I can buy replacement plugs for electric reels.
the rest of the cables are fine and I just want to wire new plugs in.

Is that the plug for the plugging into the reel?
probably better getting a new one on ebay
I changed the alligator clips to Anderson plug.
