busselton prawns

just curious, anybody no if you can catch prawns in/or near busso and is there a special way to do so, any rules or regulations/licences any help would be much appreciated... cheers

not many here mate ... you can get the odd few out of the drains but not worth the effort . for prawns you need large salt water esturies or rivers and we dont have either here.

ditto, few shrimps, and I mean shrimps around the weed clumps on the water line up in the Wonnerup Estuary, that's about all.

try snorkelling under the jetty at night
theres some big king prawns under there on still clear nights - cobbler as well and crabs
