bream combo

hey guys and girls
well, im looking for a half decent bream combo price ranged 350$-430$
obvisly dont want to buy the actuly store combo's
but what would be the best real and rod i can get for that price range

recently bought a TD zero
recently bought a TD zero off brenz, a magic little rod but i think new ther 300 bucks alone, i run an exceller 2500 on that
a td sol combo wud also be a good idea
and i know the shack are selling the sol rods for 140 which is a sweet price
wudve got one myself but the colour didnt match my reel at all
im sure someone like honsu could help you alot more than i can on this topic

i have been eyeing of a new
i have been eyeing of a new bream combo for some time now, just cant justify to have 7 bream rods when i should be saving for a car.
its a Graphiteleader Boscoe 6'4" 3-8lb and a Pflueger Supreme MG. it is one of the most perfectly balanced and lightest bream combos i have felt for that price, perfect for close quaters stuff.
But your best bet would be walk into a shop and have a look and see what suits you.

Another thing, what sort of rod are you after, longer 7ft+ shorter 6ft? dedicated bream stick or all round light tackle rod?
same for the reel, dedicated bream reel or more allrounder?
size eg. 1000 2000 2500 etc.?
another one, do you want to spend more on a reel and get say a sol for $330 and then only a bit on the rod or vica versa?
theres alotta different combos out there, refining what you want will help.

well all round light tackle
well all round light tackle rod, because im not going to just use it for
breaming, probz about 6-7 or even 8ft and reel about 2500 or 3000
would use it for whiteing, herring, bream, squid, chopper tailor and skippy

Ask Mago @ Tackle Shack if he's still got one of the SOLs at sales price. Got one and it's awesome. I fit it with a Shimano 2500 and boy just a light flick and I was casting the furthest most of the time at North Mole without even a full swing. :P
