He is just among the shark hunters, as are others. No need to add insults on here. BTW I am anti killing anything incl GW apart from identified Rogues. Humans have criminal and psychologist have studied profiles for years, why doesnt that apply to other creatures. Simple fact it does, and there is loins in Africa that target humans as a preference.
Them I would shoot, and no difference to a"proven" rogue GW.

it is one shark that was caught and belted over the head! its exactely what i and many others do when catching a shark and keeping it!! they were protected years back when they were endangered!! they are certainly not endangered now!

Rogue sharks are a myth
The notion of "Rogue" sharks is a myth and had it not been for the hollywood blockbuster "Jaws" no one would even use the term.
Our media never lets the truth get in the way of a story so here we are in 2012 still thinking that GW or any shark can be considered rogue and as such deserves to be killed, give me a break!

Its a theory, and yes most science dispell it, but there is no prove either way that they dont exist until further research is done to dispell the theory.
Do I believe the theory? Yes.
It basically comes down to survival. Rogue Tigers and lions become this because it is convenient and piss easy to prey on humans compared to natural prey (Just go to Bali and see some of the Tsova lions decendant at the bali zoo).
If it comes down to survival, anything is possible. Even humans will eat humans when it becomes live or death (Andes Crash Uruguayan Airforce Flight 571).
It is plausible that due to survival instinct a shark can turn to easy and abundant prey like us. Proven -No, Possible - Yes.
I am scientific based, and its my opinion and theory. But dont kill unless absolutely proven, and our technology just isnt there. I knew Ken Crew through contacts and it might slant my view, but it is a plausible theory and shouldnt be discounted until further proof.

Seen similar over Christmas
Was up at shark bay with a mate just after new year 3 Jan I think it was for a quick one nights fish as we passed through and some big shot hero wannabe was on the point fishing for sharks he had all the gear I mean real top end stuff game reel the lot and he had caught a 3m or so tiger shark dragged it up the beach and killed it for some reason I don't understand it's prob a good thing he was leaving as we arrived. The guy is a f!@&ing tool he even had his misses and kids with him! What sort of behavior is that to teach the kids????? So if anybody know a guy that is bragging about his shark bay tiger he caught then yes great catch but why kill it? I'd love to know

is great on this site, and creates a laugh.
But when you constantly read attacks on people it suxs. We are all different and that should be respected. Just because I do something or believe in something "does not" make it right, its just what I believe is right.
Then I am open to other suggestions, but if someone attacks me for mine its just not worth even replying.
Might change my sign off to "I love bream under 20cm, they taste better" and see what that does. OMG that would create a stirr and big troll!!!
As for killing the GW. No way.
We must catch about 3 sharks everytime we go out here in karratha. Have only ever "sacrificed" a little one because the bait situation was getting critical. I love gummy shark, but NOT nearly as much as the other species we get up here, and IMO other sharks dont have a bar on gummies.
Dont know how many $$$ worth off expensive hooks I have cut off in the gobs of these creatures. Thinking about it, it becomes scary becuase I only use the best terminals.
