Archdecon Ledge

Hey Guys,
Heading up to Gregory and planning of diving the ledge next week. Just wondering if anyone has speared or fished the ledge to much success?
By the looks of the chart and the drop offs i'm sure we'll run into something.
Any info would be great as i haven't fished around this area at all.

Just got back from Port Gregory this week and I can tell you I seen 7 x sharks ranging from 1-3m last Friday. Last year also had a visit from a 4.5m Tiger Shark at that very spot whilst fishing . An incredible animal but would like to be in the water with him or her very curious to say the least. If you come across a pair of Oakleys they are mine fell off my last Friday as well not really happy about either.

yeah im banking on a few shark encounters - camera will be ready and charged thats for sure.... 4.5m is a big fish. Had a number of tigers off geraldton recently but averaging bout 10-12ft

Going by the charts and what other people have told me that its 25m off the back and rises to 5m in some areas, a perfect recipe for most species.

Be vewy vewy careful Poddy......going by the recent damage Sammy managed to inflcit onto the grommet with a 55g Halso twisty, I hate to think what he could do to you with a 5 ft long spear gun............a new PB for SamC maybe coming up....haha.

Boys...
Had a covo with a couple mate's today that fished Gregory last weekend, they bagged out on Dhu's both days with the best being around 12kg they also dropped a nice Mack at the boat so should be good for your up coming trip.
