any fish out there?

fellas, need some quick advice. boats been in the pen collecting mussels for the last couple of months.( too busy at work). decided today is the day that i head down to run the boat, fingers crossed nothings wrong.
wind supposed to die down around noon, so anyone been getting anything thing close in off freo in the last couple of days, eg skippy, king george of sambos, sand whiting etc... during midday? if conditions r good maybe head close to rotto to burley up for small sambo for couple of hours.
managed to drag a couple of first time fishos to help me run the boat, so keen to get them into some fish.

Bite the bullet
And go to rotto straight away. Head over with the easterly as early as you can, and then do what you were gonna do with the burley and sambos.
It'll be a sweet ride back with a few beers in the arvo.

went out in our new trophy rode really well but side swells and chopy wind made it a pain
glassed off around 3 came back at 70km h but no fish
so no fish out there for me :(

not too bad
supposed to head out at 11 but left at 12. got into some good sand whiting on the way out. fished ground near start of rotto for kgs. got a few and headed back around 230.
near the pen, boat started playing up managed to park it with some difficulty. damn!! boat's busted.
lucky happened at the end, also busted my certate 2500 ar bearing gone i think,but hey atleast got a few kgs for it
