Excellent vid and congrats, but ole mate was struggling with that shark a bit lol. Just gut them, clean out the guts and bloodline will be sweet

Shark and leatheries
I'm the guilty party with the shark - ha. In the excitement of watching the young bloke pull up a nice Dhuey I forgot to knock it on the head to slow it down.
And we didn't keep any of the leatheries, but believe you can get a feed off them if you are keen.

Ha ha I know they can be a bastard to process at times, especially when the fish are on the chew. I'd love to try one of the larger models (leathery) if I ever get lucky enough to catch one.

We actually feel unlucky
We actually feel unlucky when we catch those big leatheries - haha. Usually get half a dozen per trip around the 700-800mm size, but let them all swim.
