Twisted leader

Have had a go twisting a leader for some tome but get unstuck with doubling the twist over to finish it. U Tube vids just confuse me more. perhaps kasey and Jay can help as they seem to be GT Popper Xperts

It will only spin back one way. The twists interlock. Maybe spinning it back the wrong way.

twisting it back
I'm not sure if I can regard myself as any kind of expert neels, but if what I'm picturing is right, you just hand spin the twists back to finish - as Darren said the twists will automatically interlock.
Worst comes to worst, don't bother doubling it back over to make the bite leader - just tie it off or crimp it at the swivel.

The reverse twist bite
The reverse twist bite leader isn't critical although it does look nice and it's a neat way to finish it off. I don't usually worry about it because it takes twice as long to tie up leaders. As already mentioned you can crimp to a swivel.
