Gold spotted sweet lip, plectorhynchus flavomaculatus, biggest caught 4.4kg grow to 60cm, first identified in 1830 by Mr Cuvier, eating is 2 star rating, flesh is grey, wouldn't give it to the neighbours. Species on its own. They do change colour if caught in deeper water.
