top deck (found where crack noise come from

where my deck joins hull (inside boat) ripped carpet up right where the nice endangered critter hit below.. i have a really nice split (1m long...i thought swifty were tough not any more...l.o.l ...smart fish put me out of action,,,3 day job now.

Have you actually asked if its covered under your insurance? I'm serous and to be honest as a club agent i have no idea if it is or not. I do think your covered if you hit a whale so i guess a shark would also be covered.
I might ask the question anyway, just for future use.

I just checked with a mate who is an assessor for many insurance companies and he said it normally accidental damage he believes it would be a claimable item for most companies.

it wasnt about insurance
its all fixed now ,,used 2 layers off normal glass (yuck to handle) then 1 layer off woven stuff then another off normal ,and woven again..all good ,ready for live action again
..l.o.l..powerfull criters ..making me think about not diving again ...nth end,d9.harding .sulphar they cant be same fish ..sorry but someone will go soon in sound..(i pray not) ,,14 feet to 60 feet .(depth range) and 5 have def been whites . not much media ..got me 
..kids swimming ..dolphin boat operating ..my shark sheild has done nothing to stop it...? latest model one and yes fully charged..wont stop something travelling at 40 clicks..may stop curious one ..something to think about .
