i was out yest mornig and got
i was out yest mornig and got a nice feed a squid, just had to find then and then we cleaned up with in 30 mins, squid for lunch and a beer = loving life

Just a question, squid in
Just a question, squid in shallow water, is it water temp dependant? I fish off hillarys and got into them through winter but when I struggled to get them as the water warmed up, I gave up tryn, figured they must move to deeper water??????
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

spot on! they come in to breed when it starts to cool down. you will see the eggs an sperm sticks in the squid soon when the 1.5 kg squid start coming. tuna are a sign squid are on thr way
