What are good spots to find tailor that aren't rocks in Perth and Fremantle area?

I've caught Tailor on pretty much every beach from Cott to Yanchep.

What about south of Fremantle

Land based brilliant . Can be scary in boat at times. High tide only few feet of shore . Good old smiling jacks get smashed . Dirt cheap lure that works brilliant

At sunrise or sunset used to be very good for tailor with some big flathead on the sand flats also
wont catch em sitting at home!
What about areas like bicton or black wall cliff?
