Spencer's King George
Over the Christmas holidays I took my 6 year old nephew Spencer and a few of the family out for a fish off Dawesville cut. We were dropping for some whiting a mile or two out from the cut when Spence hooked on to something. He battled this thing for a minute or so with my wife on standby in case he needed some extra muscle. It looked like a bit of a dead weight though so I was thinking possibly nor west blowy and wasn't getting overly excited. Then they lifted this monster KG into boat and onto the deck. "Geeze Spence (!) massive KG"
He'd somehow managed to hook it in the tail and get a half hitch around its tail - that KG wasn't going anywhere!
Anyway, here's Spencer's photo of the month entry. His first ever King George and a decent one at 47cm caught by the tail!

Great catch to that one was not going to get away with a half hitch around the tail.
