Why there is difference of price ( almost 250$) between a SMITH decal rod and a weave rod?

decal is a sticker, weave is a weave (cotton), more man hours go into a weave but (not sure in this instance) the blanks are usually the same, just the decoration in most circumstances

Brad is correct - the blanks and the build-up are the same.
There only used to be 'weave' Smith rods, which is like a butt wrap with the wordings. As this took alot of man-hours in production, Smith introduced their 'decal' range based on stickers and at a lower price, but the rod is the same.
