The morning was like glass at the ramp . We set off towards the back end of garden island chasing the tailor , we ended up island hopping to find them . Some great tailor were taking between the 3 of us ...... On returning to the ramp rigby spotted a school of Samson so it was on again . I manage to christened the new Gomoku rod with a Calcutta 4000 bait caster and it worked a treat .... Thanks guys for the company and looking forward to the next trip ......

after you left I hooked up twice and manage to land one but the school was moving around ...... Moking tryed to track them down but we lost them so no time to squid !!!! Beer and fillet time .....

G'Day Dale- Yep out
G'Day Dale- Yep out yesterday. The Easterly was up,so decided to tuck in behind the Islands.
Bit more comfortable on the Ski- Got a feed of tailor and some squid on the way back into the Sound.
Had a go at the snapper last night as well- using the squid heads for freash bait. All got was bloody cold feet on the Ski! lol

Yep - We are all wearing
Yep - We are all wearing PFD's- That morning was cold,so we are all wearing Jackets over the top.
I was also wearing long Sharkskin pants and boots. Also Epirbs and Marine radio's- Log in/ Log off.

Safety first
I wear a PFD under my jacket and all the safety gear required for the 5 NM zone but I must admit it was great to go with a couple of ski's ...... safety in numbers .
