Prices of things

Just curious as to what others think.

If you have something your selling and you feel it is a good price and below agreed value  but still no takers. Do you keep dropping the price until its sold or do you hold it at the price you think is fair and hope someone comes along with the same price in mind.

It would really depend on how desperate you are to off load it. Can totally understand your dilemma though.

Mind

In the back of your mind you will have a figure that is your absolute bottom line, anything above that is the cream on the cake. The hard part is how long can or do you wait to get down to that figure.

With your boat Russ it was probably a bad time to stick it on the market with the demersal closure coming up and a prospective buyer would sit on his money till it re opens

Worth what the market says

You need to be mindful of what you think it is worth v's what the market will pay for it.
If the market will not come up to what you want then you either keep it or drop your price.
