Heres one i use for crays and bugs(havnt tried prawns or occy yet)

750ml white malt vinegar

3/4 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

3 teaspoons of sweet chilli sauce

and tobasco to taste i use about 10 drops

put all ingredients in a saucepan bring to the boil once boiling turn hot plate off and let cool down .

i use 3 or 4 cray tails for this so you can work it out in prawns

Get a water tight container glass prefferably and it must be sterilised i do this by cleaning the jar first then filling with water and putting in a milton tablet wich is a bleach tablet these are used for sterilising baby bottles and you can find them in the baby section at woolies.once sterilised (takes about 5 min) rinse jar out and put prawns or crays in and only pour the pickle mix over prawns or crays when luke warm and then put them in the fridge usually only takes a couple of hours and im in to it gotta get in before the kids .nothin better watchin the cricket and pickled crays and a few beers . hope you enjoy .

Ps i havnt tried prawns so pm me and tell me how it goes.
