The family and I will be at Monkey Mia for April school holidays. If any other FW members are around come and say hello.
Goldstar 5m (painted) grey plate ali runabout "Bon Peche" will be on a mooring.

Im up before the holidays! leave on the 1st for Denham then Coral Bay on the 5th for a week.
Then back up, north of Carnarvon for 2 weeks in May!!!!!!!

Bump - spent this weekend
Bump - spent this weekend doing last minute errands to make sure we're ready. Had the last "planning" meeting last night and suffered all day from the three bottles of red I consumed... ouch

Here now and the camp is all
Here now and the camp is all set. Tomorrow its boat set up time. Flicked on the radios and the 27 mg has no power so thats the girst job, then refuel and onto the mooring.... hopefully wetting a line by lunchtime. :)

First report is the car ran well !!! No overheating issues which I had been concerned about. Transmission oil change did the trick. :) and no blown tyres :)

Any joy with the 27mhz? I had the same problem with my GME unit a little while back. Turned out to be the connections in the wiring connector. So power was at the switch panel but not getting to the radio. I've since cut out that plug and soldered/heat shrinked the wires

Nah mate, we in a green 14ft savage (shark raper) the name. The old man bringing his 7 metre up today, so we will be hoping to head up to turtle bay tommorow. Weather permitting.

top end of faure island and
top end of faure island and out the back of it just drift over the weed beds in the channels should have no problem picking up black snapper and cod, gotta use butteries for bait get them in the second channel 4 mile from monkey mia jetty. need to use a running sinker rig and 6/o circle hooks as the fish will always drop it and run.
