Modern Day fishing website!

Well after so much that has happened lately i feel i need to say my bit.

I appluade Adam and the FishWrecked mods in what is a hard task (been there) and to the FW members that make this Modern Day Website happen. With the Fisheries trying to put more & more pressure on us and we individuals living hectic lifestyles we still find the time to ask/share/show & tell fishing stories.

Seems that to some catching/killing and sharing pictures is frowned upon but to me its life & reality also and to preach to the converted or semi converted is no good......JMOWink

Again, just a well done Adam & FW, often ppl are happy to have a go but rarely do ppl stand up and say well done when fit!

Cheers Ryan

Cheers Ryan, this site is only as good as its members and those that continue to contribute their fishing stories, information and experiences.  I'm stoked to see how global this site has become whilst still having that unique Western Australian fishing feel.  Having spent a fair bit of time with online fishing forums I have seen great examples of what not to allow in terms of sexual content, abuse, spam and what may result potential legal action. Foot in mouth (Not that it would be the first time)

But yes, it gets bloody frustrating at times and all I wanted to do in creating this site is put an alternative out there that people could enjoy.  I just love logging in and seeing awesome new fishing pics of someone else thats been making the most of their time on the water.  Whilst its painful sometimes, just brings back good memories of my own.

I have looked at the others,

I have looked at the others, and one of them I wont even go back to. I am broad minded and for a female will tolerate a lot of sexual innuendo. But some people dont know where to draw the line. There is one particular site I wont even go back to as the sexual innuendo and the "boys club" attitude is a real turn off.

So from a females perspective and in my humble opinon this is the best forum for Western Australian fishing. So congrats to you Adam and the people associated with the site. Laughing
