Metro Salmon on the Ski:

 Went out this morning,big swell on the reefs- managed to find a school of Salmon in the white water.

Nice size and good fun on light gear. The smoker is going to get a work out:

 Thanks Beau- I used your advise from a couple of weeks ago,from when I first sighted a school of Salmon on the back of the reefs . Fresh herring fillets was the way to go!

Good on you! Ive been using live herring last couple weeks and havent had one salmon swim past and ignore it yet, great fun watching a salmon smash your livebait! Did you see many more or just the one?

 just as i sent you a msg about being quite on here i see this, now i really want my ski back next week hopefully. great catch aswell hopefully the numbers have increased once the ski is fixed

sighted 4 schools today at north beach jetty problay 100 per school a meter from the jetty they where hunting baitfish jumping out
