KG whiting

hi guys, i was just wondering if anyone knew what the record length/ weight is for a KG??

i managed to hook one at 3.5 kgs and 56cm long today. between myself and the other blokes there, none of us have ever seen or heard of one that big??

its probably just me dreaming its even close but hey.. you never know.... right

I'm with Matt on this one, think you might need to return the scales gazza.  I've been to plenty of fishing comp weigh ins lately and 56cm couldn't equate to 3.5 kg.  I got a 61cm spangled emperor yesterday and it went 3.5kg and was a fat fish. Wink

my wife got a kg at about 65cm how heavy would that have been

she went to measure it on the side of the boat and in one kick it was straight back in the water she could bearly fit her hands around it.

Thats funny, i hope it was not a 3.5 kilo one,,it would give you a headache, just imagine going to the doctor with a terrible migrain and explaining that a whiting hit you in the noggin ,lol
