I don't believe it...

I just won the weekly Lifestyle Channel's "Hooked" catch of the week fishing pic competition. Got $430 worth of gear in the mail today including mako sunnies and a Diawa exceler 2500DA reel.
I had been scanning the foxtel sites to see what fishing shows were coming up and stumbled on their pic comp and decided what the hell, so shot one in of Pete B's Tuna. Well at least the judges liked it.

Wow cool! Congrats.It is
Wow cool! Congrats.
It is certainly an eye-catching picture. It will grab people's attention on TV, and thats maybe part of why they chose it?
(P.S. I love all the fishing shows on foxtel. I don't have it myself but whenever I go to my parents house I catch up on the hours of shows I get them to record for me :) )

If you get their set top box
If you get their set top box details (and maybe other details) you can sign up for an account on foxtel.com.au and schedule them to record yourself through the website. Also an iphone app for it. Quite cool being out and about and scheduling shows as you hear about them.
