Gamex 09

Just wondering if anyone is coming up/over to Exxy for the GAMEX comp. (I know the Pilbara pirates are) So far theres 50 boats signed up for the comp and looks like it will be a big year. If anyone is coming to the weigh ins each night come and say g'day, I will be on the research table chopping up fish. Already looks like theres a few big rigs starting to move into town, horrible week for it though!! :(

Horrible week weatherwise this week Ozzy, but will be a horrible week as Mitch said. Me stuck in fish guts whilst getting heckled by the pirates, bloody beer swillers. ;) Look foward to catching up mate.

but i have already put my bets down.You guys need to fish very hard to stand any chance at all.That is not a shot at your ability its just a fact to win you need to fish smart and hard at the same time
Good luck all this year cause next year im coming up to fish with someone on their boat and we will be going very very hard to bet all comers

spoke to some of the crew
up there at a wedding the other day they said next year it may be capped at fifty boats or 300 anglers.i may fish the boat next year if i can get the crew i want if not i will fish on one of two boats depending on going for billfish or species .If i could be bothered i would take a photo of a champion boat overall trophy to show you what you are fishing for
Just have fun because most boats that take it to seriously pull up short

jan for champion if she gets a good start.They will be after champion boat above all else .The billfish section depends on a few things this year i was going to fly up and maybe compete on one of the two boats but i may run out of time now.

may not be the strongest boat in the fleet (the good ship Ma-Dingee) but right day right time who knows. champ boat hard to go past awsome. As for the prince girls hard to go past there record's I think they have about 4-5 national records let alone state records. Would just like to see where they go to get there Mack's, they always bring in monsters.
But at least we look good hey Goatch!!!

Money's on Gatsey for the win, he's been out there doing his homework, reckon he will take the billfish section this year.
I'd watch out for Jeffo (deepwater) I've just given him the mullet which is going to catch a monster blue, just you wait and see!
Should be a good one fellas, big night at the potty at the end, they've just re-done the bimbo bar too, re-opens this friday after our cricket grand final, its not going to know what hit it!!

hard to go past Awesome..but
hard to go past Awesome..but theres a few that could take it out .would love to get on "in deep" and watch Gatsey swithbaiting technique .circles dont let go to often ive read countless articles on it but theres nothing like hands on expereience
we droped a hell of alot of billies last year.with a bit more experience under our belt hopefull we can turn a few more into solid hook ups..
also the boat will be moored at tantas this year so we will be on the grounds a lot earlier and will get an extra hour or so in the arvos so more time spent actualy fishing will hopefully mean more pin heads landed

INXS an 8m cat sunk off north west reef Monday arvo, gotta be careful out there and be prepped up. Theres a few photos floating around of him sitting on the hull in the marina after getting towed in by the gun.

Not sure mate, lots of rumours flying around. One was bungs but apparently they were checked once they were in. The other one is they cracked it on the way out, but not really sure.
