As you should be well aware there will be more pain on your power bill over the coming weeks, months and even years.

You are correct, it is an advertisement.
I do believe thats what site sponsor are allowed to do. Keep your website running and place a few ads.
As to what has it to do with fishing, nothing. However as a long time member and fishing tragic I became a sponsor to do just that.

I'm not sure where the animosity towards a site sponsor has come from but for the record, I sent Mark at Future Solar an email yesterday afternoon and got a reply this morning.
