Hey guys, sorry wasn't too sure where to post this, was going to do it in buy/sell but didn't think somoene would stumble across it in there.
Basically on Saturday the 5/5/2012 I found a Shimano 602SP rod with a Penn Effinity reel attatched to it under the canning bridge on the Freo side.
If you know who's it is or you left it there, send me a PM and we'll organise to give it back.
Cheers

well done Damon
things like this help you to keep faith in the human race when so often you hear of bad experiances which make you feel like there is no goodness left in the world

Love your honesty, but how to prove that the person that PM's you is the right person?
You shoulda said you found it and the person that PM's you telling you what rod n reel was left there can get it back.....

Eh, I just assumed all us
Eh, I just assumed all us fishermen should look out for one another, in hopes that if we lose a rod, someone does the right thing.
Yup, I didn't say the exact location, what rig was on it, color or what kind of line was on there, but I'm surprised and impressed no ones tried to just randomly claim it.
Felt really bad taking it, but posted on a few forums and it was fairly late at night/early in morning so no one was coming back for it (I assumed they would come back straight away if they left it).
