Five fathom bank

Hi
Planning to head out from Woodmans point and fish the drop off at the back of the five fathom bank.
Hoping to get a snapper or dhuie
Not sure if best to anchor or drift?

Before dawn or just at dusk
Anchor and burley........about 300 metres out from FFB is a second line of reef in around 24 metres of water.....always worth a try
