Expressions of intrest

Hi all. I'm moving to Thursday island in the near future and I'm weighing up my options whether to take my boat over with me or leave it here with some lucky punter. Everything on the vessel is new complete strip and rebuild done by myself no expense spared and I've put over a thousand hours time, blood, sweat and tears into her. Not to mention countless hours of banging head against a brick wall!

She's a 28ft Bruce Harris Shark Cat flybridge model that's just had a full refit over the last year. Refit includes two brand new fuel tanks ( 760 litres in total ) new rear deck, new midships deck. All windows out, rebuild and tint. Window bras for all windows. New front hatch. All new interior paint all new interior ( seats, upholstery, benches, 130 litre vitrifrigo fridge/freezer, sinks, plumbing lights the whole kit if you get my drift). Heliatos solar hot water system with a 25 litre storage tank, 200 litres of water, toilet ( direct discharge with space for holding tank if needed )and shower in seperate room under flybridge ladder on rear deck. Gas stove and grille on rear deck 2x2kg gas bottles with dual gas sniffers and solenoid. Raw and fresh water wash down pumps. Stress free drum winch with new anchor, chain and rode. Two x 200 litre underfloor wet lockers ( I'm 6,4 and have squeezed my fat ass into em ) which drain into the bilges, twin Atwood Sahara auto bilge pumps.

400 watts of solar on the rear hard top being controlled by a Victron pwwm unit feeding four batteries. All new wiring for all systems on board. Simrad evo 3nss12 with Simrad hydraulic autopilot, 1kw wetbox transducer shooting through the starboard hull midships. Celfi phone booster with Moonraker whip. Icom VHF radio with ZCG whip all new.

Accommodation bigger than king size bed in front cabin. Two couch / beds in main cabin sleeps four easily. All new cushions and upholstery. New helm chair on flybridge. All new carpets throughout ( not installed yet ). The boat is in the final stages of completion new Bimini top to be installed and everything should be finished within the next four weeks.

Stainless dingy crane on flybridge roof ( currently not fitted ) .

Twin counter rotating Supercharged ( Damn they sound good..: ) 2006 Mercury Verado 175s 1160 hrs . Receipts for 5k for full major service on both donks. 0 hrs since service. Cowling resprays on both motors with new OCA covers. Stainless props in excellent condition. The boat has had a total repaint from the gunnels up all International paint. Hulls paint is in good condition, a few dings and scratches. Hulls below waterline will be antifouled in the near future prior to re splashing.

Looking for 95k. No trailer as she lives in a pen in Carnarvon.
