If you have a sounder just
If you have a sounder just look for structure, heaps of squid in the sound atm if your interested in that just over the weed beds in the shallows you will bag out in 2 hours max knowing the right spots.
I think it still may be too early for consistent snapper atm

Gday mate
The sound is my local haunt and im a yakker myself ... All the bread and butter species are around at the moment and the snapper are coming in thick and fast , ive already landed 3 this month... I recomend that you join up to yakfishwest.com its a kayak fishing based site and its full of great blokes and loads off info... Im heading out chasing the pinkies again this friday morning if you would like to tag along
