Got a quote today for new bikini & clears for front screen on my 22ft boat. Does $3000 sound expensive ?

Its probally up there in cost but thats with us not seeing the item , if its just a simple 3 bow with clears all round.
But more to the point is the work worth it ? as in do they have a great , not good rep ?
Tight man pays twice , as if it only lasts 5 years before breaking apart ( seen it myself) or will it last and have proven design and mounting systems.
I know mine has lasted about 10 years but has spent its life in a garage , but theres no way I would get them to copy that style , I would be instisting
on changes that you can only work out after years of use.

yeah, it's a tuff one. The trimmer has been around for many years, i am waiting for a diagram with some dimensions. Just seems like a heap of cash, but i am caught in paying a premium for what i think is essential on a boat with our sun & weather.
