Best baitcaster combo for light lures under 100

I’m looking to get a rod and reel for my lighter section in my tackle box for stuff like senkos and weightle ss worms and some light jerkbaits. I only have 100 dollars and still need power to pull a fish in. I don’t like spinning reels so that’s why I would like a baitcaster combo. Preferred hight would be around 7ft.

About all you will get in

About all you will get in that price range is Jarvis walker and that would be rubbish, especially at light weights.

Not the best type of reel for casting light weights, especially plastics that have wind resistance, weightless worms no chance.

You can get some cheap spinning combo's shimano ones do tend to be made of better materials that will last a little while. Most the cheap ones will corode and you wil be throwing away your $100 in a years time.

If you are looking for

If you are looking for specific Bait Finesse combos, you wont get anything for $100. Specialist baitcaster reels set up for light weights include the Abu Garcia Revo, Shimano Alderbarren, and they run you around $350+... more on the + side. Even if you buy a reel not made for bait finesse, and you swap out to a custom lightened spool, that will still cost you around $50 from Aliexpress.

I'd be looking at Aliexpress for some knock off reels which have good reviews like the Fishband GH100 (knock off Aldebaran), with a rod like the Kuying Teton. Still more than $100, but cheaper than the alternative.
