Who covers the salvage cost? Would this be something insurance would get to enjoy paying for?
I can't say I had the pleasure of having to find out for myself but would be interested to know.

That's what I heard also, he got his prop caught up in a cray pot rope and whilst trying to clear it he was washed onto a reef.

Yes insurance will cover both salvage and restoration
