180 Trendsetter Pacemaker

Crew,
On behalf of a mate of mine.....
He's found a Pacemaker of the above make/model.....
I'm not familiar with these boats but i know they generally get spoken well about on here by those that have had them or been on them in the past....
What sort of coin would you expect to pay for an average condition hull, 115 merc two banger around the 2000 vintage, lowish hours that apparently runs well, as far as i know it needs a sounder and gps.
Trailer buggered and i think would most likely be a replacement for my buddy straight off the bat should he buy it....
Your help as always will be appreciated.....

if the whole thing is 'average' for age
Deck doesn't have any soft spots, transom seems solid, trailer is due for immediate replacement, and has no electronics--really not worth more than 8K, probably less subject to inspection. IMO. They were a good hull, but the larger ones (19, 21) were worth a lot more

I own a 180 trendsetter,
I own a 180 trendsetter, repowered it with a Yamaha 90 2 stroke and goes very well. Driven it over to Rotto, Denham to Steep point and it performs really well. Can get a little wet in certain seas but overall great hull, If I had proper clears it would sort that out though.
I reckon Price is more based on motor condition.
If I was to sell mine id want 12k. Motor 8000
Trailer 1500, hull 2500.

2000s vintage 115 merc isn't worth more than a grand, unless in exceptional order. And trailers cost. Yes, they are a good little hull, knew a bloke that had one, it would just get up and skip into a freshening southerly like it wasn't there.
