Adding Pictures

Ok Can someone let me in on how to add a picture to a post ?
I have read the instructions and can add one if I select add Image
but not if I want to embbed one in a post

I click the "Click to add image" and it gives me a box with 3 sections but no icons to click on
Please help
what am I doing wrong ??

Adding image
Ok, so goto the click to add image and get the box with 3 sections.
It will take a little while to load up depending upon what else is going on with the site.
There will be three options which come up the top.
Add Image
My Images
All Images
Select add image and submit the details and file name and submit. You will then have to select the file once its loaded on the site to get it into the thread.
The optimal image size to go in threads is 800x640.
The other method is as Andrew has posted. Let me know how you go.

maybe i was just to impatiant ey.... :p

I just loaded it up and it took quite some time. I will repost what you wrote for any one looking to post images in a thread.
Adding image to post
adding image to post Step by Step
1. open new window and type in website www.picoodle.com
2. find upload and image on picoodle and browse to find your image
3. upload your image this may take a while depending on your internet
4. once image is uploaded you will be shown a list of links you can use always use a forum link
and preferably a thumbnail.
5. highlight the link you wish to use copy and then past were required on post
and it should turn out like this.......
